Where I got hung up
I’d never had time off for me, I could not fathom how to structure it. Would I run full force into a non-work project essentially working the whole time? Would I drastically change my diet to mark the time as set apart? Would I sit in my room all day because "what does one do during the week when they are not at work?"
Where I Found Traction
Hanna listened to my many ideas for the time and ultimately helped me see that I wanted to do too much. We clarified what was most important to me and made an actual plan. I could structure each day with clear ideas and recognize when I might too ambitious. Her humble and human approach nurtured my mind and heart.
