In 1:1 online sessions, we look around in your life for areas of low satisfaction and bring them to a safe space for examination. We engage a number of tools to hear from our right and left brain selves to gain insight, relief and doable steps.
Meet with me for 55-minute sessions over Zoom. We do this just a few times or as long as it takes to get the traction you want. For some that’s one meeting for others, several months.
